Warehousing
The manual save incoming goods information into the WMS system is inefficient, time consuming, and incurs high errors, and also difficult to keep real-time synchronization between data in WMS system and actual position of goods, lead to confusions, and slows down batch management and complicated stock management.
Scanning barcode with hand-held, portable or hands-free platform barcode scanner before the goods enter warehouse, and check and place goods according to relevant warehousing lists.
Inventory
Regular inventory make sure the right stock information, and make proper procurement plan to keep goods don’t out of stock. Nowadays, almost all of storekeepers use wireless barcode scanner or mobile computer to finish this works, the wireless barcode scanner could transmit data to PC, ipad, smartphone via Bluetooth, 2.4GHz and 433MHz stable long-distance data transmitting wireless technology.
Outbound and Delivery Management
Make outbound and delivery lists, and pick and check goods one by one according the lists with the operation of scanning barcode, then send goods to the delivery personnel. In the meantime, upload data to the WMS system, and update the stock data timely.
